Hangyu Magneto-electric Nanocrystalline Production Line Expansion Completed; Delivery Capacity Enhanced

Shenzhen Hangyu Magnetoelectric Co., Ltd. announced the successful completion of its automated upgrade for the nanocrystalline magnetic ring production line. The upgrade introduced rapid quenching process inspection equipment and an automatic winding production line, significantly improving nanocrystalline strip utilization and magnetic ring consistency.

After the upgrade, the production line achieves end-to-end quality control from tape winding and housing assembly to inductor testing. Common-mode ferrite core monthly capacity increases by approximately 40%, delivery cycles are further shortened, and we can better meet the bulk demand of new energy and industrial control customers.

The company will continue to focus on EMC anti-interference magnetic materials, providing one-stop technical services from component selection support to EMC remediation.
